Sherry Blanton Presents: Pass Along Plants - January 9 at 2 PM
Pass along plants are usually not found in garden centers.  They are found in the gardens of friends who share them.  They often can become keepsakes to be passed along to other friends.  Join Sherry Blanton as she teaches us how to pass along a little piece of joy!  (3 Rewards)

Red Cross Blood Drive - January 12 from 10 AM - 2 PM
Join the American Red Cross and give the gift of life!  You can pre-register for your donation time by visiting redcross.org/donate.   Walk-ins welcome.

Library Jigsaw Puzzle Race - January 12 at 6 PM
Gather your team of up to four puzzle enthusiasts and get ready to put your puzzle-solving skills to the test!  Assemble a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle against the ticking clock, competing against other teams to claim the title of the ultimate puzzle race champions!

The Do it Group - January 18 at Noon

Are you an organizer or do you need to get organized? Either way, the DO it group is for you. Come share your successes or challenges with Teresa Kiser and Beverly Vickers on the third Thursday of the month from Noon to 1PM. You are welcome to bring a sack lunch.  Drinks will be provided!

Model City Chess Club - January 20 at 1:30 PM

Join us in the Ayers Room to watch a new anime title and enjoy Japanese snacks and prizes every month!  This month we will be watching The Rising of the Shield Hero.

Teen Super Smash Bros Ultimate Tournament - January 18 at 6 PM
Teens!  Come compete in a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes!  Warm ups & sign ups start at 5 PM.  Tournament begins at 6 PM.

D&D Day - January 13 at 1 PM
Join us at the Library for D&D and pizza!  All skill levels welcome!

Game Night - January 25 at 6 PM

Homeschooler Computer Class - January 5 at 11 AM
Learn how to do everything from spreadsheets and resume writing to coding and creating graphics.  Held at the Carver Branch Library located on 722 West 14th Street, Anniston.

Teen Homeschooler Art Class January 19 at 11 AM
Learn about famous artists, movements, styles and mediums and then create works of art yourself! Ages 13+

Pick-Up Craft, Weekly in January
Each week a new craft will be available. You can pick up a kit in the Children's Department.

Pokémon Card Club  - January 17 at 3:30
Come trade Pokémon Cards and play the card game with others in the Children's Department!  Attendees will receive three free cards!  Held every third Wednesday at 3:30 PM.

Homeschooler Children's Art Class January 19 at 11 AM
Explore different kinds of art! Held at the same time as the teens Homeschoolers' Art Class in the Anniston Room.  (Ages 6-12).  Pre-registration is required.  Visit publiclibrary.cc/art to sign up.
