Sherry Blanton Presents:  Pass Along Plants - October 3 at 2 PM

Pass along plants are usually not found in garden centers.  They are found in the gardens of friends who share them.  They often can become keepsakes to be passed along to other friends.  Join Sherry Blanton as she shows us how to pass along a little piece of joy.  (3 Rewards)

Lego Build Race - October 27 at 5:30 PM

Teams of four (ages 10+) will compete against the clock and others to complete a Halloween themed Lego challenge and win the grand prize!  4 people per team.  Registration required.  Please visit publiclibrary.cc/lego to sign up.  Must be 10+ to enter the build room during the competition.  $5.00 non-refundable registration fee.  For an extra $5.00, you may keep your Lego build to take home! Red Cross Blood Drive - October 27 from 10 AM - 3 PM

Model City Chess Club - October 21 at 1:30 PM
Meets the 3rd Saturday of each month. For all ages, beginner to advanced. FREE and open to the public.

Anime Club -  No Club for October

We will not be having our Anime Club for October.  We will resume club meetings on November 9 at 4 PM.

Listen to a story, enjoy a craft and do hands-on science experiments!

Pokémon Card Club  - October 18 at 3:30 PM
Come trade Pokémon Cards and play the card game with others in the Children's Department!  Attendees will receive three free cards!  Held every third Wednesday at 3:30 PM.

Homeschooler Children's Art Class -  October 20 at 11 AM
Explore different kinds of art! Held at the same time as the teens Homeschoolers' Art Class in the Anniston Room.  (Ages 6-12)
