Purpose of Position
This is highly responsible, professional and administrative work in the administration of municipal financial operations. Work involves responsibility for financial planning, accounting, investment management and budget administration. Work includes responsibility for acting as financial advisor to the Mayor and City Council. Supervision is exercised over a moderate-size staff of technical personnel. Work is performed with wide latitude for the application of independent professional judgment within the framework of policy direction from the Mayor and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Work is reviewed through external audits and through observation and evaluation of results obtained and answerable to the Mayor.
This is a Full Time Job with Benefits. Salary Range is $61,859.20- $110,760.00. Salary will be based on experience.
