The position of Food Service Cook requires an individual who is capable of exercising independent judgment, which possesses skills related to the preparation and serving of concessions, and who possesses the psychological qualities generally required to people who work well with the public and other employees. The employee is responsible for keeping the working area in a neat and orderly manner which meets Department of Health requirements and regulations. This is a Non-Exempt position for the purposes of the FLSA. This employee reports to the General Manager.
