Meeting Calendar

CSPIRE will be continuing work in Ward 3 in the coming weeks.  Recently, crews have been working on Broadway St; Melrose Place, and Woodland Dr.

The infrastructure should be installed in the City’s right of way, and not your actual yard, even if it is in front of your house.  If you believe they are actually installing on your private property, please reference your survey and discuss with CSPIRE.

In respect to the hand holes the crews are digging, CSPIRE utilizes hand holes for distribution and service. The size of the hand holes depends on the need. The larger hand holes are used for distribution, whereas the smaller hand holes are used for service drops. CPSIRE builds out the neighborhood to service every residence and/or business, regardless if the current resident plans to use their service. Most hand holes are designed to be installed on the property line to service the two households/properties which share that line.
