Resource Sharing

Mayor Battle visited with residents this week during the Terry Heights Community Resource Day at Meadow Drive Baptist Church. It was an opportunity for residents in the Terry Heights neighborhood to connect with different agencies and public resources, including the City's Community Development, Planning and Police Departments.

School Safety Sendoff

Mayor Battle stopped by the Huntsville City Schools Crossing Guard breakfast to thank them for their service to the community. In addition to keeping Huntsville’s children safe, crossing guards are often the first face people see outside of family in the mornings. Mayor Battle called their presence reassuring and emphasized that their contribution to public safety should never be taken for granted.

Doctor's Orders
