Our family had a great time, they are under construction to expand the front area, which made it a little congested at times. The animals were out and showing off. Great selection of various types of cats, primates, reptiles, birds, and other animals. All of the staff we talked to were friendly and helpful. The animals seemed to be very happy and well cared for. And in turn made my kids excited. I am glad we bought the family membership pass because we will be going back!

Loved how.much there is to see here. Helpful staff. Healthy animals well displayed. I loved the giraffe feeding station as a selfie opp! Be patient the bear does come out eventually and worth the wait even if you walk on and come back. Birds were amazing! Even those crazy big mean ones. I have some awesome video of him puffing up at me staring me down with his prehistoric glare. 😁

We love the zoo, but there's a lot of construction. My kids were really looking forward to the train ride, but unfortunately the conductor we had didn't talk at all. He didn't point out any animals or anything they normally do. It was a short quiet train ride..

Ive had better experiences at the zoo than this latest experience. They are trying to update everything and that is great but they are neglecting older/smaller details that need attention. For example, the glass at the sea lion exhibit was so dirty I could hardly see the animals. So with there only being one way to view them, I didnt get to experience one of my favorite animals there.

Awesome staff! We spent the night during the boo snooze! It was fantastic. We were allowed INSIDE the elephant enclosure! Great time. We will go again for SURE
