It was rather Incredible food. Incredible service. It was a great experience. It's a very unique place. Basically you pay for each person and then it is all you can eat. They will keep bringing you meat unroll you say your done. . It was rather expensive but was still worth it.

There is something for everyone here. Meats are cooked a variety of ways, so you can always try something different. The cold and hot bar sides are delicious, plentiful and have a lot of variety. You can try Brazilian or stick with US staples. Everyone was so friendly and made our experience the best. The desserts...don't forget dessert. Papaya cream and Brazilian chocolate cake were our choices and they did not disappoint.

If you are looking for a good steak this is the place. They bring it to your table or you can order any size and cut you want custom to you. Salad bar is amazing. Get ready to drop $55 a person. Scotch and wine selections are really good and don’t for get the espresso and digestive at the end of the meal.

Dined on 4/6. This was hands down my worst experience. Gauchos took entirely too long to bring out selections. When they did bring them to the table, they were cooked to the incorrect temperature. This was after our communicated our preference several times to the server, gauchos, and even a manager. Our server was pleasant, the salad bar was refreshing. Overall, I left feeling like that the visit was a waste of time and money. I was considering purchasing a VIP card that night, but changed my mind.

Take the family here all the time, it is on the higher side of dinning out but has a relaxed atmosphere and all the steak and meats you can eat. Will be returning again with the family very very soon. Also free parking in that area as long as an event isn't going on in the Birmingham Civic Center.
