Alabama Dance Festival
The 2021 Alabama Dance Festival will take place virtually! As one of the largest gatherings of dancers and dance enthusiasts in the Southeast, the Alabama Dance Festival will immerse you in master classes with world-renowned teachers, audition opportunities, teacher training, networking, performances by regional dance groups, and a special presentation by this year’s guest company, BODYTRAFFIC.
Alabama Screendance Festival 7:45 pm
An exciting aspect to the Alabama Dance Festival, the 2nd annual Alabama Screendance Festival presents a mixture of submissions of dance for film as well as Featured films selected through adjudication.

The Alabama Dance Festival offers a diverse range of master classes and workshops from a faculty of renown instructors carefully selected. Classes vary across styles and cultural traditions for pre-professional dancers (grades 6-12), college/professional dancers, and pedagogy and professional development workshops.
